RETURNS AND EXCHANGES  

RETAIL  

-Any exchange is valid only for 15 business days from the date of delivery to the customer.  

- For online purchases it is necessary that the exchange be notified to returns@ulanboots.com , this way one of our customer representatives will send you a return authorization with which you can return the package at no cost. It is necessary that in this email you specify:  

  • Order number.
  • Reason for exchange.
  • Product photography.  

- It is necessary to apply the return of your order with the Return label that we send you via e-mail within a maximum period of 2 business days; otherwise another Return label will be required and will apply the regular cost for the client (Variable cost depending on the area) .

- If in the process of exchange a difference is generated in favor of the customer, it will be rewarded.

- In case the exchange generates a difference in favor of ULÄN, it will be requested to the client and must be settled to return the requested exchange.  

- Exchanges in the product will be subject to the condition of the product (original box, clean and without use). If ULÄN considers that the product has been mistreated, damaged or altered by the customer, it will be responsible for the cost of shipping (Return to the customer) without the exchange being made by the company.

-Once the purchase is made, no exchanges will be made by size or color.

-Once the purchase is made, any change for QUALITY or DEFAULT from the factory will be valid for 45 calendar days, if it is not in time, no change can be made.

-In case your product has a factory defect you can exchange the product for the same size, style and color.    

RETURNS  

- Any item purchased online may be returned for the following reasons:

* If the item has a manufacturing defect (lining or damaged skin or problems with sole)

* For any damage that has been caused in the journey of your destination

* If there is a mistake in the article sent.

- It is necessary to notify us the reason for the return via email to, Returns@ulanboots.com . Once the email is received one of our advisors will send you a Return label to which you can return the package at no cost.

- If a return of the product is required due to transportation damage or manufacturing defects, attach a photograph to the e-mail where the damage or defect is evident.

- Under no circumstances may the exchange or return be made if the article shows signs of abuse or use.

- The return of the product is subject to the state of the product. There will be no refund if the company ULÄN considers that the product was altered by the customer.

- In case you do not apply for a refund, the customer must cover the shipping cost (Company - client) round trip * (Variable cost depending on the area)

- No refunds on liquidation or reduced product. Except for water filtration.

- No exchanges or refunds by size will be made once the purchase is made. Exchanges and returns policy will only be effective due to factory defects of the product and that it does not show any damage due to use or handling.

REIMBURSEMENTS

If the product presents manufacturing damage or an error in the shipment, it will be effective, you can request a refund with the fulfillment of the following conditions:

1) In the case of defective merchandise, refunds are accepted only in the first 15 business days from the delivery of the product.

2) In the notification of the damaged merchandise it is possible to apply the refund of the same only if it was reported during the first 15 days after its delivery, to the following numbers: 951-738-8555 or e-mail Returns@ulanboots.com a description and photograph that shows the type of damage by manufacturing.  

3) In case of reimbursement, you will receive via e-mail a return label to present the article for reimbursement. In addition to sending the product purchased in excellent condition, unused and in its original packaging, within the first 15 business days, at no cost. After this date, it will not be possible to apply this policy.  

4) At the moment the product is delivered to us, we will contact you to confirm receipt of the merchandise and initiate the refund process.  

5) Within 5 to 7 days, you will be reimbursed the total value paid for the product through a deposit by check or transfer to the account you indicate.

WHOLESALE  

As a distributor:  

A minimum of 6 pairs in poor condition is requested to send prepaid label. It does not apply only 15 working days, in this situation there is no indefinite time. The distributor sends the sales agent order details: model, color, size, number of pairs and defect per pair.  

On the day the label is delivered, the package is sent, and the reference number is confirmed to the sales agent and they will follow upon receipt.  

As a salesman:  

Since the price is different, the exchange is accepted for 1 pair only.
